You must acknowledge and agree with the terms that describes the agreement between Nu Lyfe Tools Tribal Ministries (the “Church” or “we”) and you ("Donor") when you visit or make any purchase ("Donation") from nulyfetoolstribalministries.com (the "Site").

1. Donations are Non-Returnable. Donor acknowledges and agrees that all donations made to Church are non-returnable. Once a donation has been made to Church, it cannot be returned or refunded to Donor for any reason.
2. Acknowledgment of Understanding. Donor acknowledges and understands that this Policy constitutes a binding agreement between Donor and Church, and that Donor's donation is an irrevocable gift to Church.
3. No Warranty or Guarantee. Donor acknowledges and understands that Church makes no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, regarding the use of Donor's donation, or the success or effectiveness of Church's charitable activities.
4. Governing Law. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions thereof.
5. Entire Agreement. This Policy constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
6. Counterparts. This Policy may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
